Background Music Services for UAE Venues
Curated by people, scheduled centrally, licensed across all five commercial rights. A fully managed service — no dashboard to learn and no playlist admin for your team.
Music as an operational system, not a playlist
Most venues treat music as something switched on at open and forgotten until a guest complains. Handled properly it is closer to lighting: a designed system that changes through the day, differs by zone, and holds steady whoever is on shift.
A hotel lobby at eight in the morning should not sound like the same lobby at ten at night. A restaurant’s brunch service and its late covers ask different things of the room. A gym floor and its studio classes need different energy at the same hour. Our programming is built around those distinctions rather than around a single library playing on repeat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is MUSICVYBE self-service?+
No. MUSICVYBE is fully managed. Curation, scheduling and programming are handled centrally by our team, which means there is no dashboard for your staff to learn and no ongoing playlist administration falling to venue managers.
How is the music delivered to each site?+
Through an application or a dedicated hardware media player, depending on what suits the site. Multi-zone properties typically use hardware for reliability; smaller single-zone venues often run the application. Both are managed remotely by our team.
Can staff change the music?+
Programming is locked to the schedule, which is usually the point. It keeps every site on brand and prevents individual preference from overriding a designed atmosphere. Changes to the programme itself are made by our team on request.
Do you programme differently for Ramadan?+
Yes. Seasonal and cultural programming is part of the managed service, and adjustments to tone, tempo and repertoire are scheduled in advance rather than handled reactively at venue level.
